Linksys® WRT54GC Compact Wireless-G Router

The Wireless-G compact router is really 3 devices in 1 box. First, there's a wireless access point, which lets you connect Wireless-G (802.11g) and Wireless-B (802.11b) devices to the network. There's also a built-in 4-port full-duplex 10/100 switch to connect your wired-Ethernet devices together. Connect 4 computers directly or attach more hubs and switches to create as big a network as you need. Finally, the router function ties it all together and lets your whole network share a high-speed cable or DSL Internet connection. You can also share files, printers and multiplayer games with flexibility, speed and security.

To protect your data and privacy, the router supports WEP or extra-strength WPA encryption. It has a powerful firewall with stateful packet inspection to protect your computers against intruders and most known Internet attacks, supports VPN pass-through and can serve as a DHCP server. Configuration is easy with the browser-based configuration utility. And the tiny form factor fits almost anywhere.
