High pitch buzzing noise confirmed
I received this today and immediately noticed mentioned high pitch buzzing noise. It starts within few seconds after usb-c power delivery cable is attached.

buzzing sound . . .
device does not appear to be "self powered" or maybe it struggles to do so . . . . not sure. In any case, plugging into a current MB Pro w/USB C - there is a distinct buzzing sound created by the hub. Gonna return it and get something else
