Ship to Location
All promotional product orders are shipped directly to customers and cannot be shipped to a store for pickup there.
Set Up Charges and Additonal Charges
Most promotional products require a setup charge. The setup charge may also be referred to as a SCREEN CHARGE, PLATE CHARGE, TAPE CHARGE, etc. This is to set up the decoration of the product. The exact charge is stated in the configuration of the product online and at checkout. Additional charges for packaging type, alternate location, additional colors, etc. are available, and when chosen in the configuration, are noted as well in checkout. Freight Charges
There is a freight charge for promotional products, based on the size, weight, quantity, time and method of shipment.
Applicable charges are stated at checkout.
Production Time
Production time is based on individual products, and varies by manufacturer. Contact 1-800-929-4977 for any questions regarding production time or if you need to meet a deadline for alternative product options.
Inventory
While our goal is to maintain inventory on all promotional products, we will occasionally be unable to accept an order due to manufacturer shortfalls. You will be contacted by customer service to choose an alternate item or color.
Artwork
Artwork should be supplied as "Camera Ready" which is artwork with a high black and white contrast, has no grays, and is crisp, sharp and needs no touch up, design, color separation or rearranging for use. We cannot use pre-screened/pre-tinted artwork or halftones, or thermograph-printed art. Some thick lines and reverses may not reproduce at the thickness or size submitted. The printer reserves the right to determine whether or not submitted artwork is "Camera Ready". You will be contacted if your artwork is not suitable for printing.
The use of license artwork requires a written release. Your will be contacted by customer service where to send this information.
Exact duplication of a typestyle, including logo typestyles cannot be guaranteed unless an Adobe Illustrator file is submitted. A typestyle may be specified but it will be matched as closely as possible if we do not have that specific typestyle.
The following file formats work best:
- Adobe Acrobat Files (PDF)
- Adobe Illustrator 9 or earlier (Save file as EPS. All fonts must be converted to outlines.)
- Adobe Photoshop Bitmap Image (Minimum 300 dots per inch saved as a TIFF line)
- All Microsoft programs except Publisher. All fonts must be listed.
- QuarkXPress 4.01 or lower (Send original document & export as an EPS. All image files must be included and all fonts must be listed.)
These files are not preferred but still usable: CorelDraw (Save documents as Illustrator files. All fonts must be converted to curves.); Freehand (Send original document & export as an EPS. All fonts must be converted to paths.)
We reserve the right to make slight alternations in copy and logos to adapt to the imprinting process. For any questions about artwork, call 1-800-929-4977.
Customers are totally responsible for obtaining rights to use any logo, trademark, service mark, artwork, name, photograph, statement, illustration or any other intellectual property on the products purchased by the customer. Office Depot® shall not be held liable for the unauthorized use of any art, logo, trademark or copyright printed on any item ordered by the customer. The customer agrees to hold Office Depot® harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the products purchased by the customer violates or infringes on any rights of any third party. The customer further agrees to defend and indemnify Office Depot® from any such claims, suits or actions.
Online Order Preview
Due to the nature of screen resolutions, browser capabilities, and the limited ability of monitors to reproduce accurate colors, the preview may not represent the final product exactly. We will try to closely replicate the product with your imprint on it to our specifications to allow you to make a purchase decision and proof your products. Size, Color, and locations of slogans, logos and imprints may vary. Because of this, there is no guarantee the final product will look exactly like the preview.
Samples
Product samples are available by item. Click on the sample button to place your order. Shipping charges are included in the price. Product color and imprint choice is not available.
Returns
Special Order merchandise is custom made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned unless printed incorrectly or if the merchandise arrives damaged.
