What is TSA PreCheck?
TSA PreCheck is a Trusted Traveler Program that allows eligible travelers to move through airport security more quickly at participating U.S. airports. TSA PreCheck members typically keep shoes, belts, and light jackets on and leave laptops and compliant liquids in their bags when traveling through TSA security checkpoints.
How do I apply for TSA PreCheck at Office Depot?
Start by completing a short online application through Telos’ authorized TSA PreCheck enrollment site. During the application, you’ll schedule an in-person appointment at a participating Office Depot or OfficeMax location. At your appointment, an enrollment agent will verify your identity documents, capture your photo and fingerprints, and collect payment.

How long does TSA PreCheck enrollment take?
The online application typically takes about five minutes to complete. Your in person appointment at Office Depot usually takes approximately 10 minutes. Find a TSA PreCheck enrollment location near you.
What documents do I need to bring to my appointment?
You’ll need to bring valid, unexpired identification and proof of citizenship or immigration status, such as a U.S. passport or a driver’s license and birth certificate. How much does TSA PreCheck cost, and how long is it valid?
New TSA PreCheck enrollment is $85 and valid for five years – that’s only $17 per year! TSA PreCheck online renewal is $69.95, and in-person renewal is $58.75. Start your enrollment or renewal.
How do I find my Known Traveler Number (KTN)?
You can retrieve your Known Traveler Number by using the KTN Lookup tool on Telos’ TSA PreCheck enrollment website. Your KTN may also be included in your approval email or listed in your airline loyalty account.
Can I renew my TSA PreCheck at Office Depot?
Yes. TSA PreCheck members can renew online up to six months before their Known Traveler Number (KTN) expires. Some individuals may be required to renew in person and can schedule an appointment at a participating Office Depot location.
What happens after I submit my application?
If approved, most applicants receive their Known Traveler Number (KTN) within 3-5 business days, though some applicants may take up to 60 days to process.
How do I pay for my TSA PreCheck application?
The TSA PreCheck Application Program fee can be paid using a credit or debit card at your appointment. Tap-to-pay and digital wallet options are accepted for for Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Cash, checks, money orders, and virtual payment services (like PayPal and Venmo) are not accepted at this time.
