Had a very disappointing experience here today. I placed on online order and received confirmation for pickup. When I arrived at the store today they said they had sold the items and that they didn’t pull them for our order before selling them. When I told them I had driven 30+ minutes to their store to pick up the items their only response was “sorry it’s not our fault, it was our system”. They never offered anything beyond that. No offer to ship directly to me or any other form of help for me to get my ordered items. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in their customer service and will not be shopping at Office Depot moving forward.

My wedding is on Friday and I waited until the last second to print out the seating chart. I went in late night and worked with Jen, and she was my wedding angel! My template was the wrong size, she fixed it and had it printed out in minutes. She SAVED me, all while being so kind and talking me off the wedding ledge. She is AMAZING!

Staff very friendly and helpful just hard to find....only 1 employee on floor during my visit. They had everything I was able to locate and most were discounted to boot. Just wish there was another employee able to help me find my remaining items.
