I have been in the store twice recently and both times the young man with the long hair in his twenties was very rude and offered little to now help. I won't say I won't be back but next time I am going to make a manager aware. You should get this boy some help in customer service since that's what drives sales.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE ENTIRE STORE. I refund for a printer malfunction. The printer had malfunctioned leaving parts of it difficult to read. The manager Dylan assisted me and the entire time he was condensing, unpleasant, and unfriendly. I don't know if he was having a hard day or what, but this is not the way to approach your job. Being a server myself, if I treated one of my customers in the manner he treated me yesterday, well I wouldn't be paid. All I wanted was to be refunded the money, unfortunately I had to go to staples and reprint, so I didn't need them a second time. At first he was telling me I never printed anything at the store. Part of this is my fault as I was looking at the wrong email. I soon found my emailed receipt though and was trying to explain that. instead of looking at my receipt he rudely gave me instructions, telling me to send him the email. Well I'm sorry I wasn't aware of which email you were referring to and sent him the receipt I assumed he meant seeing that's what I was trying to show him. I eventually figured out what email he was referring to. I had to dig through my emails to find it and after I did sent it. He mentioned reprinting my document, which is when I explained I already did and only wanted a refund. He should of asked if I wanted one in the first place instead of assuming. Now he finally looked at the receipt I was trying to show him the entire time. His attitude was enough to get me to make the extra drive from my home in Englewood and go to a different store elsewhere. It seems to me he needs to be retrained at the very least in what it takes to work in customer service.

I had a hard time trying to get documents loaded to print. I was afraid that there would not be enough time to get my project done so I called and talked to Steven to see if it was possible. It took me a few more hours to get it done. I called again to confirm it was possible before paying. Steven called me back a few times to let me know that the order had not come through. He called when he finally got it and rushed to get it ready before closing. Thank you Steven for you thoroughness!

Many thanks to the manager Doug and sales associate Sandra for a job well-done in showing me excellent customer service. I arrived at the store looking for two HP LaserJet cartridges that an online search confirmed were in the store. After finding only one on the shelves, Sandra investigated and ultimately found the other one after a thorough search in the back storage area that took some extra effort on her part. Then, at checkout, Doug looked at the coupons I brought with me, determined the most appropriate one to fully discount my purchase - concurrently applying rewards points to this same purchase - giving me the most advantageous discount at checkout. The savings were substantial and I appreciate the effort afforded to me by both Doug and Sandra. I like to support local businesses in Englewood and this is one that exemplifies excellent customer service.
