The DOD LS470W dashcam is the next step in evolution for the LS400 series DOD dash camera. Designed to be compact, user friendly and better under low light conditions, the LS470W is an improvement over its LS460W predecessor.

This new model has an impressively high ISO sensitivity of up to ISO12800, making it the best in low light conditions. Further helping the LS470W produce outstanding video is its exclusive SONY exmor CMOS sensor that is now 20% larger than before. The SONY exmor sensor captures all the light from the large f/1.6 aperture and new 7 element Japanese glass lens to produce a clear full HD video. Packaged together with WDR Technology (Wide Dynamic Range), which greatly enhances nighttime recording, and a larger viewing angle of 150 degrees, the DOD LS470W combines all the necessary features to capture stunning crisp HD video on any road and under any light. Also included in this model is the GPS logging feature which has now been boosted to 10x the speed; processing GPS positioning and speed faster and with more accuracy.
