    • APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING. Tell us when you’re available and we’ll schedule an appointment with our smart home expert for your smart doorbell installation.
    • ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Ding dong! We’re here! We’ll work with you to determine the best placement for your smart doorbell and then we’ll install it and connect it to your network.
    • DEMO. Once your doorbell is connected, we’ll show you how to use it. We’ll even help you download the corresponding mobile app so you can access your doorbell from anywhere.
    • SERVICE COMPLETION. All done! Thanks for letting us serve you. We’ll ask you to sign a service completion form, then we’ll be on our way.
    • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: What do I need to know before smart doorbell installation? 1) You’ll need a high speed internet connection for the device to work. If your network signal strength is poor, we can help diagnose and solve the problem. 2) You will need a compatible smart phone for us to connect to your smart doorbell. 3) We won’t perform any electrical modifications (e.g. wiring). Safety first!
