- ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. We’ll start out with a few questions once we arrive to understand your needs. Then we’ll get to work and you can sit back and relax.
- NETWORK SETUP. We’re almost there! Next our technician will: Setup your Wi-Fi network, Connect your wireless router into your Internet modem, (Don’t worry, it’s not as difficult as it sounds), Help you customize your network name and password, Test the network signal strength, and Connect three devices to your new network.
- SERVICE COMPLETION. Thanks for letting us serve you! We’ll ask you to sign a service completion form, then we’ll be on our way.
