In addition to promoting and partnering with LGBTQ+ owned small businesses, Office Depot OfficeMax also celebrates the LGBTQ+ community through internal events led by our LGBTQ+ Associate Resource Group (ARG). The ARG partners with our Community Investment program to foster an inclusive workplace through empowerment, empathy, and community service.
Our associates from the ARG also attend pride events in several regions. We believe that allyship is a key part of creating progress for workplace equity, and we provide training and support to help our associates learn and grow.
