If I could vote lower I would. I had nothing but issues getting my wedding invitations from them done. They told me over and over again that they would be made perfect. They retrimmed all the invites and half of them are smaller than the others now, my rsvps were too big still when I asked them to be made smaller. The little note card that I was inserting in my invites were printed slanted or had too much space on both sides that were blank from when they cut them. I had to actually go back myself and trim those. Yet, I’m more upset than anything about my invitations. Especially since these are for my wedding, but I’m also out of time and had no other option but to take them at this point. I will never be going there again for prints. I am so upset about this, but sadly like I said I had no other options at this point.

I had a great experience here and Shawn Went out of his way to make sure I had the correct Merchandice quick fast service and I will be back. Please give this store support so they will continue to stay in business I love office depot thank you guys

I picked up everything I needed. They have remodeled since the last time I was there. The staff was very helpful. Everyone had a smile on thier face like they wanted to be there. There is nothing worse than going to a store and asking for help and getting someone who doesn't want to be there or even want to help you. Thanks Office Depot for making my shopping an enjoyable one.

My wife bought a computer on 12/28. Store staff was very helpful. How ever item was not in stock and had to be ordered and shipped. It was supposed to arrive 1/2. After checking order status on 1/2 we discovered it was on backorder. We had no notices of this so had we not checked the status we would not have known it would not arrive today. I believe we should have been told in the store there may be an extra delay. We WERE told if we didnt get it when we were supposed to contact them about it. I contacted customer service and got a reply that it may be at least 5 more days before I get my order. I guess I have no choice to wait now but this is unacceptable. I am sure there computers in other stores in my state that had it in stock and could have been shipped to us. At the very least they should over night my computer now to make up for the wait. Better yet maybe they shouldnt sell items not in stock at all. We are not very happy customers at this point
