Was treated very rudely by the staff. Purchased ear buds to use when walking. They did not work very well. Lots of static and would not stayed hooked up to the Bluetooth. When I tried to returned them. I was told by the staff if I couldn't pay around $200 for a set of earbuds. They just would sound bad and cheap. He continued to say I cannot help you just call customer service and see if they can help you. I don't attend in returning to office depot since their staff feels like I am a cheap person. I will take my business somewhere else to purchase office supplies for my personal use and company use.

On April 28, 2020, I purchased a Mini DisplayPort to 4K HDMI Adapter. 30 minutes later, I plugged it in only to find it had horrible flickering lines all over the screen. I drove back and was told that because of COVID-19, they couldn't offer refunds or replacements until May 14th. So after May 14th, my daughter tried to return it for me, only to be told it couldn't be returned until a later date, but she didn't quite understand. So today I called and talked to store manager, Jacob, to find out what needed to be done and when. I'm a first responder, so I understand policies of having to wait, that didn't bother me one bit. But Jacob informed me it was OD policy to not accept returns on devices like this, all sales are final. He immediately took a very defensive stance (obviously he's been telling a lot of people about this and was angry to have to do so again.) So, if you want to gamble on if a electronic device that you buy from them works or just be out the money...then good luck. I've been loyal to Office Depot since the day they opened. I didn't buy things online that I could get from them directly, just to support the convenience of having them down the street. However, after being stuck with a broken device that I knew wasn't working immediately and being so rudely handled by Jacob the manager... Well, I'll adjust my buying habits to buy on Amazon from now on.

I was extremely appalled by the customer service in your location today . A representative named Alex was not engaged at all with our questions and basically just wanted to be done with us . We ended up ordering the item through Amazon are you surprised? Along with the other staff in the store no one was interested in helping us only the person at the cash. He actually paged Alex which it took him 10 minutes to show up. Completely disappointed ☹️

The customer service is very friendly and helpful. We try to find things quickly that you are looking for. The employee managers are very flexible with the time management with schedules and it's an awesome place to work.

Very polite and respectful staff and was quick after helping a guest to ask if I needed anything. Usually people will help and go do whatever but here they seem to care about there guest.
