I entered this store with a lot of anxiety! A young lady welcomed me & pointed me to the right direction but I was stuck AGAIN, the young lady made it so easy for me after that .She literally found what i needed in 5 minutes! I thank you HALEY, i hope you want to be in management because your energy is so amazing & kind! I hope you see this because you really made my day! Thank you for your patience! I hope its not weird that i looked at your name tag like 5 times, just to remember your name.

Disappointing shopping experience. I placed an online order for in-store pickup. There was an issue with their inventory management software (I get it, it happens) and they ended up not having the item in stock. I had to call to find out. No apology, no working with me to upgrade, crossgrade, or get store credit. Just a, "you'll get your refund in 2-3 business days." Great. Now I'm on the hook for double the cost because I have to order elsewhere. This is a case where customer service goes a long way. Based on this one shopping experience, I can't recommend.

We were being helped by Jade and we were trying to get flyers made for some weather that had came thru recently. There was a lady being very impatient behind us. Jade decided to just skip off of what she was doing for us to help the lady that had not been the waiting long. Just don't understand why am employee would do that.

I went to purchase a chair and all that was left was the floor model, I offered to buy it, but they said I needed to pay an extra assembly fee. I said why would I have to pay an assembly fee, it's not my fault you ran out, and he said it's not our fault either, well yeah really it is. It's no wonder this company is going under, I know no other stores with that policy.
