On 2/28 I placed an online order. 45 minutes later, no confirmation email. I called the store to confirm my order and was placed on hold. then transferred five times. Transferred and placed on hold.I was on hold a total of 10 minutes. and then they hung the phone up. I called back and again was placed on hold. transferred and then was told they had to look for my order while placing me on hold yet again for another 8 minutes before i was told they have my order and now they have to substitute fixtures for my banner because they do not offer the one I selected via the web but its offered on the web.The ABSOLUTE worse service ever. I will not order from Office Depot again. Ridiculous.1st and last time.

Went to have some Christmas tags printed. Jasmine in the printing dept was amazing. She went above and beyond to print, cut and box them up for me. Definitely recommend using Jasmine there for all your printing needs

Ada who works in copy and print was super nice and helpful to me last time I was in there. She helped me print out my flyers for my fundraiser. She also talked to me the whole time and it was a very nice experience. Great customer service!

Pros: A tall employee with a beard and long blonde hair. Promote him, or better yet, someone hire him. He deserves better, and any company would benefit from him. It is such a dumpster fire of a store. Torch it starting with that print center and start over.

I did the faxing at the self help fax fax machine. It cost almost 8 dollars to send the four pages 30 miles away. That is outrageous. So over priced i wont be returning to office depot again. Its a shame really is that hard working people get raped like this
