I hate to rank the whole store poorly for the incompetency of one individual but it really was that bad... I've come in to have some simple copy and laminate tasks done and I couldn't get her to understand or listen to what I wanted... It's one thing if she's new and may not know exactly what she is doing, I can understand and don't mind waiting, but her entire attitude and demeanor was insulting to me as a customer. It's not my fault she cannot provide the services I requested even though she has the tools and they are very simple... 5 stars to the other staff members.

From out of state and had to send a package ASAP. Tim helped me out with what box I needed and made the process as smooth as possible. He was very professional and made sure everything was correct. He was able to manage my mess while addressing the needs of three other customers. I will return to this store when in town and in need of supplies.

This place is so awful. I am traveling for work and had a need for office supplies and printing. They are the only game in town in Ruston, and act like it. It took me a few hours to get them to answer the phone on Sunday while I was driving in, as I had a question about printing capacity. Then when we went to use the service the service was slow and the staff was completely indifferent. We had a huge printing job and asked if they would agree to treat it as confidential if we left it with them to complete. We were told that if we needed it treated as confidential we should go somewhere else. Rude and awful. We won't be back.

Saturday I paid to ship a Fed Ex pkg to my grandson so that it would arrive on his birthday. Ruston Office Depot told me it would ship same day (Saturday) and arrive the following day. I asked”are you certain?” And was reassured it would. I tracked it today, two days later and it has never even left Office Depot. Office Depot said Fed Ex “Is bad about not picking up Saturdays” and Fed Ex said “It’s not even possible to ship Saturday and deliver Monday.” So it’s no one’s fault I guess? A Refund will mean another trip, paperwork, and does not nearly compensate for my disappointment. Use the mail. It’s much less expensive and at least in my case faster than Federal Express.
