Purchased an office chair back in may. Great customer service in helping me with my purchase. Had a problem with the piston lift on the chair in September. Ron quickly located a new one and exchanged it for me. Not only that but he assembled the new one maintaining a can do and cheerful manner throughout. That kind of service can't be matched. If you have an issue see Ron and he will take care of it.

Came here looking for a high back office chair. Only had 2 under 200 that were comfortable. Then found another on sale but no price. Just then a young male employee walked by asking if we needed help. My wife and I both said yes, asking the price of the chair. The employee didn't respond, kept right on walking. WTH? We were both loud enough, if he was hearing impared he should have waited to see if he needed to respond. Next we looked for a pen that was pressurized. Nothing but over priced space pens. No help from anyone. Only employees I saw were under 20 years old. Lazy workers here.

Best store I've ever stepped in. Service was super helpful, they knew where everything was, prices were good, and the printing/copy department is INCREDIBLE! I did an art project for a Marvel poster, and wanted copies to give to friends, and the copies looked exactly like the original! Super cheap, too! Had a couple foamboard prints, too, for easier hanging. Only complaint is the aux cord I bought a couple days ago is broken, but there are better places to go four aux cords, the office supplies and tech here are great!!!!

Lazy people. I needed a simple word document put on a foam board and I had to wait 24 hours. When I went in the store there was not a single person in the store there were two people at the counter just talkin they couldn't take 10 minutes to put this document on a foam board for me. Unreal
