Cautious... I went in Sunday to buy an office chair. I am 65 with underlying health issues. I was surprised to see that not all employees on the floor wore masks. The person waiting on me did not wear a mask and when he came toward me, within 2 feet of me, I had to ask him to respect social distancing. He was clearly offended at my request. I am sorry young guys, you have to respect others, especially those who are at higher risk. And frankly, a national franchise should see to it that the customers can purchase items in their store without risking their health and the health of their family. I probably should have purchased online, but a chair is not something you can do that with. I should have walked out, but I went through with the purchase. I know that not all will agree with me, but I have not seen anything like this Pandemic in all my life. I want to live and I want my family to be safe, if it means your employees being inconvenienced by wearing a mask when they meet with a customer, I would think that is the least you could do. Other than that... I love my chair and I appreciate the maskless employee putting it in the back of my Jeep. Is it too much to ask? If not, put a sign on your door that says your employees are not required to wear a mask, that way, we can make our own decision to risk it or not. We are hitting the highest numbers ever right now.

They wouldn't take ownership of a printing error. We even looked at the image on the computer and it was obviously printed wrong. Her argument is the paper size is correct. The image was so far down it was almost off the page. The first thing out of her mouth was putting blame on my end.

This Is a Great Place to do Business, such as fax, print, etc. Great Customer Service from ALL employees. However, I am Not to comfortable with the new system to sign In. You have to stand there and enter your name, phone # etc on this Huge Computer that EVERYONE can see, then wait for a text. I don't feel safe entering my Info while other people are watching, I personally think it needs to be moved to a corner or just go back to the old fashion way. Otherwise, They have a great team, (boring ,sad, Music playing Is depressing while you wait)lol
