I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this Office Depot. First off, I was returning an online order, and the system wanted to search for the item on the receipt. The only way to find the item is to hit "YES", but the associate kept hitting "NO" and was then confused why the item didn't show up. After begging him to hit the correct button, the computer would only let the associate, Michael (a supervisor), put the refund on a gift card. He insisted on putting the refund on a return card, which the system wouldn't accept for this type of return. When I politely asked him to try the white gift card, he refused to return my items... Additionally, another visit, I needed to return some items but had lost my receipt, and the items were Office Depot and OfficeMax brand, returnable at any time for any reason under the return policy, regardless of when they were bought. The store manager, Dwain Govan, refused to listen to me and refused to process the return, even though there was clearly an option on the register return menu for a Non-Receipted Return. He wasn't polite or helpful at all. If someone from HR or corporate reads this review, I am asking that you please hire new staff who are helpful and courteous, or have the management at this Office Depot store # 159 go through re-training.

Buyer beware, the prices are higher at this location than the sugarland location on the same exact items and they won't give you the difference.

Very bad customer services. I went over to take some copies. There where three employees. 1 of them was taking care of two customers, and the others one just standing pretending “working “ I see the only one working taking a long time with the customer. I was standing there for more then 20 minutes. And I asked the other 2 persons and they make a rude face like saying don’t you see that I’m “working “ and with a rude voice answers me. This place has the most laziest people working.

Very helpful after i asked for help. Although i was the only customer No-One even asked ! Pretty well stocked but the refilled Office Depot brand Ink cartriges cost more than name brand!
