The roof was pretty high up and the ac worked fine. they had some computer stuff and the paper stuff was cool too. I think they can even print things for you. 5/5 would come again

I’ve printed things here multiple times every time has been great except for the 2 times I’ve gotten I think her name is Victoria dark hair in ponytail with glasses. Horrible customer service (with me) the first time I came in to get some labels printed which I had already gotten them printed before just needed to add a link on it which pic was already saved in their computer she told me it’d be a few hours... I told her that I had done it before and it take 5 or 10 minutes at most the other employees never had issues doing it right then. She insisted she had other projects to get done before mine and she’d call me or email when it was done for proofs I believe I didn’t hear from her till the next day or right before closing...It only takes 5-10 minutes to do! She didn’t get it done till days later which when I finally picked it up someone else working gave them for free because they saw how long it took. Now today I get her again which mind you I’ve been in since then with no problems everyone else is super helpful but today I even emailed my order what I wanted done, then called and asked if it could be printed. She said “normally you need to come in and we’ll print it, oh yes I see the email right here” I told her ok I’ll be in 10 minutes I get there she said sorry I don’t have it done but I downloaded the images. I said oh that’s ok, waiting there. Then she’s like oh well I don’t know what kind of paper you want this on and I said regular sticker label paper. She’s looking at the computer and someone walks over to the printing and she tells me oh well this is going to take a few hours till I can get this done. And proceeds to help another customer when she could have just helped me and gotten it done! I said “I called and you said to come in and that you’d print it” she said “well I didn’t look at what it was I thought it was just a black and white copy”. I said it literally takes 5-10 minutes I’ve come in here multiple times and had this done with no problems. She continued to make excuses and said that “she’s got 6 or 7 other projects ahead of mine.” My order wasn’t huge let alone something to be considered a project it was printing 4 sheets of labels! I finally got annoyed by her bs excuses for not wanting to help me and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was amazing as always and has helped ringing me up or made copies for me or helped me find something, always excellent customer service. He asked me what I needed and did it no problem in 10 minutes and even gave them for free. I felt bad because he was in the middle of something and had to stop because Victoria can’t do her job right. I’ll be going in again tomorrow because I didn’t get 1 thing I really needed to do so we’ll see. I know if any other person than her is working they will be very helpful to me!

The assistant manager, helped me. I tried out their brochure printing program from my home computer. It was confusing to me. When the little cookbook came back from being printed, my errors showed. But Mike replaced my projects with better copies at no extra cost and Alex in the print shop was also nice. They showed a real desire to get customer satisfaction.

This is a very convenient location and some of their weekly deals put them on par with Amazon prices. The staff is always friendly. Do not need them for computer repair as I do it myself, so cannot speak to that side of the store.

Service in the print department has changed dramatically since my last review two years ago. Great service! One lady in particular seems to be the catalyst for the change. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and works hard to make sure everyone in line knows they have been noticed and will be helped ASAP. I’m not good with names, but wish I had taken hers down. I hope her supervisors know that she puts a genuine effort into her job and has improved this branch considerably.
