ELEVATE TOGETHER® powered by Round It Up America® is a nonprofit initiative designed to address systemic discrimination and historical racial disparities in business growth and profitability in Black and Hispanic communities.

Through a partnership with the National Urban League’s Entrepreneurship Centers and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the initiative helps support Black and Hispanic small businesses with five or less employees. The ODP Corporation (parent company to Office Depot and CompuCom) is the initiative’s founding partner.

Island Syndicate is a media and branding agency that creates exceptional content for a growing list of corporate, governmental and organizational clients. A cash grant from Elevate Together helped the company develop a new strategic plan that resulted in nearly double the earnings from its previous best year. It also allowed their team to engage other Black and Hispanic team embers from their network to assist in a variety of projects.

The Elevate Together cash grant helped enable Covedoza to invest in high-quality graphic design services to create its first digital and shoppable 2021 Holiday Gift Guide.
